Nokia EOS may be company's first quad-core phone

Image
Nokia has had a quiet year thus far, but on the back of financials reported yesterday the Finnish company is looking more and more likely to turn themselves around. While adoption in the United States has slowed as of late, one big new phone may be enough to reverse that trend: The Nokia EOS . The phone, which is still going by its codename but will likely eventually become the Nokia Lumia 1000, is set to be the first true PureView Lumia phone . Beneath the screen there's an odd squarish Windows button, flanked with the standard search and buttons to the right and left, respectively. Inside th

Display: Nokia Lumia 620 features a 3.8 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 X 800 pixels. It comes with Nokia's ClearBlack technology which improves the overall image quality by reducing reflections off the screen. The display is pretty good for a mid-range smartphone as it has a reasonable pixel density of 246 ppi. Design: Nokia Lumia 620 looks quite similar to the other phones in the Lumia range. It has a sturdy body measuring 115.4 x 61.1 x 11 mm with curved corners and attractive color styling. The phone also feels light and comfortable as it weighs only 127 grams.
