Huge scam in India by eBIZ.com.Pvt.Ltd

For the past 11 years, eBIZ.com.Pvt.Ltd founded by Mr Pawan Malhan is selling IT educational packages through the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) format, even as the content of its courses is available on the Internet free of cost.

Some blogs even suggest that Mr Pawan Malhan was founder of a US-based MLM company SkyBiz, which was fined $20 million by the government. eBIZ sells online self-learning educational packages that contain courses on operating systems, programming languages, database and some capsules on MS Office, computer hardware and internet surfing. eBIZ nor its educational module is registered with any university or technical board; so whatever certificate is given would have little or no value in the market.

When a person becomes an associate he pays Rs.9556 to eBIZ. To earn a commission of Rs2,000 he has to enrol two more people as his left and right legs. eBIZ's total earning works out to Rs19,112-Rs2,000=Rs17,112. The target group is the same-gullible students. Why does one have to pay for something that is otherwise available free of cost over the Internet?

This company is fooling millions of poor people and students by giving them big dreams of earning lakhs of rupees. In turn the frustrated members try to fool others by any possible even unethical means.

There are universities like MIT, UC Berkeley, Stanford University, IIT(NPTEL Courses) and lots of renowned universities providing free courses on subjects more than ebiz can even dream of.

Some of the students who have attended his seminars have also said that eBIZ tries to "brainwash" them!!

Update 05/07/2013: The so called "educationist" Pawan Malhan has started an online cloth business- Agamya from the huge profits which he made and he is promoting it from his "educational site" ebiz.

aur koi-koi log bolte hai k ebiz unauthorised company hai...bt thtz false...
ebiz k legals hai...aur ye sirf ek company hai, jiske legals website pe khule aam display kiye gaye hai...u cn see d legals of d company on www.ebizelindia.com.

aur ye company ROC & FTC registered hai...

aur ye company presently 40 countries mein kaam krti hai aur ye company ko 217 countries mein kaam krne ki clean chit mil chuki hai...

aur ROC & FTC registration itna easily nhi milta hai...uske liye bohot checking hoti hai...aur agar ye company galat hoti thi toh ROC aur FTC registration bhi nhi milta...

You are just a 20 Year old KID. Your age is limited to studies and you do what others do. Others do blogging and you do the same. Simply you read articles on other tech blogs and you had written same content with typing on your own words. So it's kinda copying knowledge from others then why don't you simply link to them. you copied all images on your blog from google image search results. So all your content is already available for FREE on other websites they why you post here because you want to MAKE MONEY by receiving traffic and placing some ads

I'm not supporting eBiz or I'm not even a member of it but you said that american universities provide FREE courses than eBiz then why don't you post that courses on your blog and link to those videos ?

You simply look for FREE stuff. If you really know how to learn online courses from US universities then post that info. on your blog. I Bet you won't

AS an ebizzer, I would like to give my feedback regarding Ebiz.com pvt.ltd. well,Its a foregone conclusion that all networking companies are fake, But i bet you wouldn't find plenty of organisations like ebiz, which is believed to be following all terms and conditions involved in any marketting company.Ebiz is totally a genuine company involved in making networks all around india. But according to me education provided by ebiz is really worthless, nobody is in ebiz for education purpose, Rather all are seeking for money in ebiz.so final conclusion:It's not always the system which is to be blamed everytime,Its only you, who are responsible for your success or loss.So my only humble request, Only join ebiz if you're capable of working in it, to the utmost i mean, else dn't join Ebiz.com pvt.ltd. I m a silver associate in ebiz. its been 18 months since i hav joined ebiz. i became silver in 6 months. m nt working since last 5 months. it was d same story like every1 hav before joining. i wanted to b a self made man. i was in F.y.bcom wen i had joined. inspite of no. of ppl trying to influence or comment negative about ebiz, i continued to do do ebiz with full passion n zeal. all i cud see was my dreams my dreams. plus i wanted to show many ppl tat i can do so i kept on doin. but d fact is ITS ALL FAKE n i lost many things. i lost my few frndships, reputation, frnds staretd avoiding me. i lost my precious time. m nt against network marketing but m against ebiz coz u dnt get wich is worth 7446. believe me frnds 99.9 % ppl dont use d courses at all. ebiz co. ppl dont incurr major cost in maintaining d site. n all d courses r available thru google n with better quality. accept the fact tat i have many dplomats, silver diplomats n few G. diplomats n D.diplomats as well. i know everything of ebiz in n out. dont challenge me or raise stupid qs wich an associate is taught by its uplines in the initial period. Also, out of the 100 ppl joins only 0.1% succeed n rest lose thier money as the package is nt used by them n nt worth n only 0.01 % ppl r able to recover their money n wen they have recovered they indirectly helped co. earnd money by making their frnds suffer. i know many ppll dont want thier frnds to suffer or anything but it jus happens wen u see a way to achieve ur dreams. n many ppl lose many other things as well. i personally faced a lot of humuliation at my place coz of my influential diplomat upline. he was way jus too sly n clever. n all the major uplines show concern towards u but in real they do only to keep u active n in touch. they dont care bout u in real. jus see wen u leave ebiz will they do d same. they jus care coz u in ebiz n tat too its jus fake. wen it comes to computer literacy n all its jus done to create a gud image in the minds of ppl n believe me frnds i have organised few but i was nt satisfied it was jus a formality n i on my own had to give those ppl's exam as i had to register 2 poor childre fr my income to keep coming. also i was forced n brainwashed sooo much to buy a bike yamaha r 15 n wen i purchsed, it didnt go as expected. i cud not even pay 1 3rd of it n my dad had to pay the remaaining. its nthng but a marketing tool to show ppl tat u earning n also join to earn. in real ppl sat tat dey hav karizma n cars but in actual dey got it wen dey bought wid the down paymeny of 26 k n ppl think he wud hav earned 1 lakh or soo n also bout cars d same story. det buy 10 lakh car wen dey have earned only 1 laks or so. n after silvers buy the bikes dey have to definitely wrk to repay the loan n dis is wat their uplines want so that they can increase their dwnlinnes n finally wen i realised all dis i stoppd working. i have made my diplomat upline shut his mouth as well. i can do d same wid any1. i have some very strong points wich SDs realise after 2 3 years n den they quit. anyways i think ppl shud not try it coz it looks amazing in venue meetings n all but wen u start ull know n regret y did u do so, anyways many ppl know bout ebiz n r very negative n dey hate it like anything. dis also narrows the scope. the only 1 who is actually happy is ebiz com pvt. ltd who is printing money like anything. also if a surver wud b done only 0.00001% wud say they r happy(dis wud include all those who have earned lakhs n who dont care even if 1000s lose thier money.) all d good companies in the world r respected n dis is one is hated like anything so it means its hud b banned. the fact is inspite of co. ppl(malhan n team) knowing d same dey nt cocerned bout poor n unawre ppl . .all det want is money money n money. i had joined ebiz and clamid back before 15 days and get my money back after deducting rs 750 it is a big fake in which top leaders are also involve i agree with Srikaanth that all material sell by ebiz is avlble free of cost in internet here is a list of valuless thing provided by ebiz

It provides you some eductional cd which is easily found in market and the maximum value of those cd are 1000 the cd which is provided by ebiz run only on computur but the cd which is avilable in market run on any cd player
and other produt is holiday pakage
It provide 3d 4n hotel stay and the terms are very tipical one which is not shared earlier at the time of sell nor in the site nor by promoter which is highest proof of fruad the terms are
1.you have to claim hotel booking before 15 days and provide 2 more date which must be in diffress of 7 days and after that there is anther condition that you have to provide two places they provide acoording to avility now they also decide when and where you go
2.You can get hotel benifit only to you your wife,and children you could not go with your mother and father or with friends if you go you have to pay for them
If you book ticket acorrding to this term you can even get booking in 5 star hotel for 3000
3.you have been charged around 3000 every year
And also they providing a watch named (agmya) which they say cost is 3999 which market price is hardly rs500 last but not the least
Money game
You have to pay first 9556
Then to ear rs 2000 you have to make three more sell which cost 28500(approx) total 38000 it mence for 2000 you are paying 38000 and when you become silver assosite you give 50 sales they pay you 32,500/- (Approx.)(Maximum) and you paythe companny 477000(approx) if you give it in loan to this money you will get 47700 plus your money

Ebiz is great money making system. I'm from Karnataka earning great income from eBiz

I agree that eBiz has ins and outs

But why don't you people suggest eBiz to improve quality rather than claiming it as FRAUD

I sold educational package and people who purchased this product are considering as a foundation to learn software courses. I agree that there is less content on CD's but people like Srikaanth P.A & Micky Midha studied spending LAKHS of rupees but I have seen poor people who can't afford LAKHS of rupees for school & college education

Those people who don't have guts to come out follow their dreams, they only try to stop others as well. eBiz is not a scam, but can prove to be one for you if you think you can make money sitting idle after giving 9556. If you want money, then you need to work for it.

Mr. Srikaanth ~ Feeling indebted to you because your article is acting as an eye-opener to several innocent people. Anyone who has spent upto 5 years on internet and networking can say without any doubt that this company is a total fraud. I too have been studying the concept of Affiliate Marketing from previous 4-5 years and found that it is very easy to get 'certifications of originality' in India. If anyone here doesn't believes me, give a blow to your brain and try to recall SpeakAsia, many of such people used to prove 3 years ago that speakasia is legit and all and no they are no where.

Just a suggestion to anyone reading my comment on this blog, You couldn't enjoy the money you have earned by befouling them for long time, work hard & work smart and then taste the real happiness.

Excuse me Mr. Shrikaanth, all your answers are there in the above replies. Don't try to exaggerate the issue. You are just doing it for gaining traffic.
Products have their own worth. If the courses are available for free? Then why don't you go and knock the doors of every house in India and avail them for free, Idiot. Ebiz is doing to make them reach to millions.
If you buy a cloth from a designer, he or she may charge you in lakhs even if it is available for thousands in market. You'll be considered as a fool to say that the designer is charging so much for that. You can't proclaim them to be fraud. You are a kid buddy as said above.
Also, I don't care of those losers Micky or Raj they were just traitors.
One more thing, in which college you are? Doesn't seem that you could be any reknowned college. Coz they don't much time to bother about others. Moreover, many fools like you have filed cases of fraud on ebiz but all of them were proved wrong.
And one thing, when you do job, the company gives you only 10% of what you make them get with your work. So they must be cheating upon all the employees they have. They all are frauds. Why don't you write blogs against them also?

I have read all the comments and I know that the courses are not worth 9556.....bt how many people in India are learning the free courses from the internet?....and who will take initiative to make people aware....der r many things in dis world which r not worth the price they take....bt even by spending 9000 u even get a little knowledge den what is wrong in that?....even u can get free courses from net which r better bt only u will gain the knowledge....and u won't give ur time and effort to tell abt dis to everyone u know...plus if u do free courses u won't take them seriously which many people do....if u spend some money den u will take it seriously....nd if u r able to share a little piece of knowledge to those unaware people then what's wrong in that knowledge which they never would have got if they were doing it for free...people will only understand if they would have paid for it.....nd people will only promote if they r paid for it.....nobody will take initiative to spread the knowledge if it is for free....people will only do it if they pay for it and if they r getting paid for it.....nd mlm is d fastest way to spread knowledge....nd by mlm I don't mean ebiz nd I don't think any other mlm company is doing it.....bt I just want people like u should try to make a better company than ebiz which will provide courses which r worthy.....nd by commenting u can't bring down d company.....u can only bring it down by getting a better company in the market....

Srikaanth, you have done a very good job in writing this post. My son was duped of this scam by his friends. I personally saw the ebiz advanced computer course product and they are utterly worthless. They give false promises and mislead many students.

@srikaanth : first of all i want to say thanks 2 u 4 spreading a right awareness 2 all these people linked to ebiz bt i think providing the computer courses and some other tablets courses is not the actual aim bt the main motive of this company is to link many peoples to get more and more profit in malhan's bag.malhan jee is a very educated and talented person who formed this huge company to make recent passed or pursuing stage students like engineers, MBA etc and turning them to a sales man, what a real shit, these associates thinks that they are in right manner of job but forgets that it is a marketing company which provides lots of examples of several successful entrepreneurs who did their job done without any degree and proper education and putting those engineers and MBA etc to work for them.these entrepreneurs has done their job much earlier when there was not that much of competition in whole globe market,as a instance i must say that even getting the admission in iit and other top colleges for every courses was not that much hard bin those early periods, cause the competition was not that much high bt now a days it is on a very new high and increasing too, so even we all should that much smart and hard working to achieve high remuneration, i can't understand why ebiz is concentrating mostly to students & not others.guys pls use ur sense cause converting the students at young age is very easy cause at this age we dreams alot....................

See you all say that the courses which are provided are basically available in Google.... Do you get certificates from google for free. Every business needs capital so think this is your capital and the courses are complimentary + u get 184 utilities which help you in your daily chores. What about the holiday package ??? Isn't it great ??? U get to live in 3-4 star hotels for 4 days and 3 nights across 49 destinations across India which cover mostly all famous places in India and plus some hotels in Thailand too. If u calculate this is a great deal. I personally joined because of it. + I got a an Agamya watch + 25 compulsory courses with it... that is way too good just in 9556/- only. + u get to do your business and spread this amazing offer to all people around you. :)

Lost rs 7000 around 4 years back. I realised my mistake around a month after paying up. Any one interested in knowing more about such scams should also read up wikipedia articles on 'ponzi schemes'. Such companies wouldn't be operating if us Indians had some good ol' common sense. Good job srikaanth.

Mr Srikaanth P A , yes i agree to your point that few companies give these courses for free of cost.There are few questions which i want to ask to u
1) Can i know where did u study ?? there was a government school also which was providing education FREE of COST then why did u go to a private SCHOOL.
2) each and everything is available in internet today why do u want to buy text books TYPE Engineering know if u want Engineering text books learn from that only.
First of all I'm not posting this to have a debate with u sorry i ve better work.
MY answers for those two questions
1) U went to a private school even though there was a government school which teaches FREE is only because of the way of teaching.

They are just money minded. I am a former ebizzer from banglore and a silver associate. I truly regret about my decision of joining EBiz. I feel myself sorry. I wasted money as well as my precious time. I was studying engineering when I joined and it affected my life a lot in many bad ways. I lost my friendship with many guys because of money. I started to earn money but all my the guys joined after me are lost their money. That made me have depression for a long time. Luckily joined a software company and now in the USA for a few years. I still feel bad about my time which I spent for this crap company. People are so innocent, they just think dual purpose. One is money and other thing is computer course. But those computer course on disc is very much a crap. I knew about that in those days too but I worked for money. But today I don't need money, I need my friends back. I need that trust factor back. Go look up at google for the topics ebiz offers in it's packages. You will know google has got much much better content than ebiz. Now, the people already enrolled on this ebiz sell this GOOD FOR NOTHING package to others in order to earn that commission. And this vicious circle of selling for commissions goes on. Revolving around this 'good for nothing' courses. So, at the end of the day, the top earner (fraud) is the ebiz giving away a fraction of an amount to it's fools who bought members for them. Ebizzers are doing or selling nothing great. People should realize this and eradicate this fraud scheme.
And I agree with all the points made by Srikanth, Micky, Vicky and other folks. :)

I have seen seniors in my college ruin their life due to it. They have gone completely insane in promoting ebiz. They try to trap innocent first year students by telling them that ebiz will give you the life that you always wished for.... it is my sincere request to especially students that please do not let you seniors brainwash/force you to join ebiz. Work hard because there is no other way to success!

First of all @Srikaanth dude you did a commendable job by writing this post. I have read all the comments in this thread and I can see that some comments made by the so-called ebizzers are childish. It seems they either are extremely ignorant of the fact that ebiz is actually duping gullible youngsters or they have some kind of cognitive dissonance.

I remember the time when I was in college and an ebizer under a false pretense of IT seminar took me to an ebiz seminar. All they do is tell you that how ebiz changed their life, how they bought their new cars or bikes. People at the back keep shouting "zabaardast" at the top of their voices who are probably ebizzers themselves. You can feel that everything is scripted and fake.

People please open your eyes, do you think it is justified to charge 10k for some mediocre courses, do yourself a favor and visit this link for free courses from elite universities http://gonga.in/get-free-online-courses . Guys remember there is no substitute to hard work.

@ebizzers hate me all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that ebiz is actually duping people their hard-earned money. @guys who are planning to join ebiz, stay away from it, keep your focus on your studies and if you feel obliged to do something for the society, then you can join any NGO and volunteer to teach underprivileged kids.

I have been following the discussion quite for some time and I guess I can speak a line or few on the topic. A lot has been said already, be it aggressive debate or anything else. I still remember the day I was contacted by a fellow guy (quite strange to me) that he could change my life, or rather me myself. I did try to pay heed to him as he used to be my senior, and I was just passed out from school. Yes they told me a lot many offers and schemes. two legs, three legs five legs and what not. I give only one condition to you, what if all the three people I connect below me are lazy and do not chain more? In that case I'll be dumped. Right?

They showed me videos of few conventions, and what not where people had their own background musics while entry (WWE gimmick , eh? ). Every other ebizzer would have a Ford Fiesta (neither a maruti nor even a higher segment but only fiesta). Their focus was how fast "that guy brought himself a fiesta" and not "how much that guy learned"

Anyways, I have come a long way since. 5 years have passed and I still thank my mom for not letting me fall for this fancy stuff. I have a few things to say.

1. Srikaanth, dude you're awesome. To all others, he is no relative to me, not even friends, and neither was I called by him to comment here. I am a random guy who stumbled on it. You are doing a good job, keep up the good work. If anything else there's I can help you with, let me know

2. The story didn't end in those above paragraphs. some 7-8k (I guess that was the fees back then) meant a lot to me at that time(everybody has his own situations). I could have even sold few items at home to shell out the 7-8 grands I was asked by the fellow ebizzer. I chose a road lesser traveled by, and that did make some difference. Self learning was the key, and that made me achieve to what I am. 5 years down the lane, I bet 1 in 3 online public from my city might be knowing me directly, indirectly or whatsoever, and the group of guys, who were trying to enlighten me to buy a fiesta, (well I heard they too brought it. just heard, not even seen on a yamaha fazer, despite being in the same college) have been avoided by almost every person they meet.

Ebizzers, I understand that your CEO has got some great concept of playing a banned game in other parts of the world with a fair face in India, CSR and other routine charities, etc have been a party trick for many (no hard feelings). And its obvious that everyone here is to earn money, none for charities. Business aint a business unless it generates revenue. Obviously, a businessperson of this high cadre is a respectable guy, for he has squeezed out so much profits for his ventures. And for obvious reason, a person this influential can cast a spell within 5 minutes of speech in any given convention or seminar. Everyone does plans of expanding, and so has he with his clothing brand.

BUT, I am not advocating you guys. You have been misleading the people. I admit there are educational institutes who have been misleading them too. This case, lets just do a headcount on what you guys offer. A computer course in 12 regional languages? Does a computer understand these 12 regional languages? In mostly used formats, A computer understands pure english, nothing else. Rather you should be focusing on teaching people english and then getting hands on with computer.

Does your course give any module on "Quantum Information Science" or "Pervasive Human Centric Computing" for these 10k bucks? I presume not. But somewhere its out there for free, and by such a reputed institute whose levels either of our IITs and IIMs can't reach in even the next decade. Just a matter of googling nicely. You are selling the courseware to the needy. For a price. But tell me something, for your courseware, one needs a computer, and a running internet connection (impossible to be afforded by poor where POOR is defined at a person living below INR32 per day). All this blog post aims to say is if people actually need a working computer and internet connection, why not google things out yourself and go through the oceans of freebies offered by small and large websites and organisations. If you are willing to spend, sign up for IEEE for some 2K, and you'll come across some real knowledge bank which any other library in the world might not be having, I bet (well, when the war has been for learning? its all about earning. Silly me)

Now the ebizzers will also try to compare with coaching institutes: badey logo, those institutes are face to face institutes at least. I would any day pay 10k for 2 months course at an institute so that I could bang their heads in case I have any doubt, any moment than paying 10k for a course where everything is just a ripoff of the free content available on the web.

I do not have any personal matter with ebizzers (well actually I did have, but long lost is the past. Not attending ebiz also made me self reliant, removed stage fear, brought me with a better personality and what not so I would rather thank ebiz for making what i am by not letting me join you) but yes, would like to shout out to the world, kindly know the things you are being marketed with, and know the resources and alternatives you can avail.

I had worst experience, with one of Ebizzer.
Trust me guys, Ebizzer kept calling me for around 15-20 days, and was forcing me to join ebiz. It was a big headache for me, luckily i did not join Ebiz.

If some of the people say ebiz is a business, then i say "ebiz is a cheap way of business" - you cannot call a person N no of times, just to join and earn XYZ.
Even road side sales person will never sell a product in such a bad way.
Ebizzers, at-least learn some manners.

they promote that uplines have created there websites. what's so great in that . Now-a-days anyone can create one with many publishers available in the market. During an event an ebizer asked me what I want to be in my life. I replied that I want to be an entrepreneur. He told me he too wants to be an entrepreneur. He's just joining enough capital to get started. I too joined Ebiz. But after attending 2 meetings I came to know the presentation they give are third class. From no angle it seem to be an event of a MNC. when downline call there uplines on stage they use shayaris and Bollywood songs. MY father works in LIC and I have attended his meets they. Those meets were so professional and great. But in Ebiz it's like hell. I just want to get my money back. I started working on an with my friend to start our own business. simple fact is that Amway is also a networking company but ppl do not fear from there name but as they hear Ebiz they just don't want to talk anymore. They follow up and follow through you day and night to join Ebiz that they call you say only one line" is money ready"? now I'm committed to my own work and live my dreams as an Entrepreneur. when at success I will make efforts in educating in India in right terms not as they do in Ebiz.

Am a F.Y. student & wanted to earn some money in part time..so I searched for a job & got a person's no. on olx.com & the ad said: work frm home/ office/ part time/ full time..for jst 3/4 hrs a day & earn a minimum of Rs.10-15000 per month... I called the person & the person (who also was an engg. student) gave 2 passes (for me & my mom) for Rs.160/-.. Today I had attended the seminar at Buntar Bhavanin Mumbai... the chief guest was some Mr.Gurinder Singh...Prior to him, another person spoke about it..THEY DESCRIBED ABOUT THE MISSION, AS IF IT WAS SOME NGO, WORKIN WIDOUT ANY BENEFITS...am not a tech freak & don't know much of these things, but THE SEMINAR SEEMED TO BE A DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO BRAINWASH THE PPL & CONVINCE THEM DAT DR. MALHAN WAS THEIR GOD...THE LAST PART WHEN A BIG HOARD OF PPL CAME ONSTAGE & ALL OF THEM SANG GLORIES OF E BIZZ...All together THE SEMINAR WAS SIMILAR TO "NIRMAL BABA'S DARBAR".. :P THE SPEAKERS KEPT ON REPEATING THE SAME DIALOGUES & WERE LITERALLY EXAGGERATING EACH & EVERY THING........At one point, they sounded so cheap when they said "IN TODAY'S WORLD EVEN PARENTS & CHILDREN DON'T LOVE EACH OTHER, BUT JST AIM FOR WEALTH & PROPERTY"... THAT WAS "AAAWWKWAAARD"...!! HAVE OUR YOUNGSTERS BECOME SO SHAMELESS TO SHED THEIR DIGNITY & SELF RESPECT & BOW DOWN BFORE SOME SALES PERSON ???

The "SHER-O-SHAYARI" of the speakers, the famous & entertaining BOLLYWOOD SONGS in the backdrop(SINGH IS KING, I AM SINGH, SINGH SAAB THE GREAT & OTHER SUCH SONGS FOR Mr.GURINDER SINGH), the SPEAKERS CRACKING STUPID JOKES & DANCING AROUND MADLY ON THE STAGE, PPL FALLING ON FEET, PPL SINGING GLORIES OF EBIZZ, MALHAN BABA & SINGH SAAB, HIGHLY EXAGERATED STORIES, ETC. made the event look like some REALITY SHOW, some GATHERING CONDUCTED BY FAKE GOD MEN, A STAND UP COMEDY SHOW, but "not at all" a PROFESINAL SEMINAR... :/

LOLLzz.... the ebizzers r so desperate to convince ppl lyk me...yestrday, after the seminar I told the person, dat I wasn't interested in their job...in spite of that, today jst now the person along with 3 of the team mates (gold silver, etc.) came to my home & tried to convince me wid the same things..like u cn be self dependant. can earn ur own bike, car...blah blah... & I told them that THE SHOW THEY PUT UP ON SEMINAR YESTERDAY, WAS TOTALLY DISGUSTING & I WASN'T CONVINCED BY THEIR DRAMA...then they demanded one logical reason for not joining ebizz...I ANSWERED ON THEIR FACE "UR EBIZZ IS FAMOUS OVER THE INTERNET FOR THEIR SCAMS & UR GOD PAVAN MALHAN WAS ALSO INVOLVED IN THE SKYBIZZ SCAM". THEY LAUGHED AS IF IT WAS A BIG JOKE & SAID THAT IT WAS A RUMOUR & PAVAN SIR WAS "ONLY AN ASSOCIATE" OF THE SKYBIZZ & AFTER GETTING INFO & EXPERIENCE FRM IT, HAD STARTED THE EBIZZ IN INDIA WITH FULL LEGAL PROCEDURES.

They tried to convince me by saying "the org.'s functioning since 13 yrs in India..!! can any fraud survive for 13 yrs in India ?? I replied "EVEN THE MAFIA & UNDERWORLD IS FUNCTIONAL IN INDIA FOR ALMOST HALF A CENTURY" WAT'S THE GREAT DEAL IN IT ???" They still wanted to prove their compOny genuine by saying all sorts of shits & again switching back to "I AM SELF DEPENDANT, MY PARENTS R PROUD OF ME, I'VE EARNED MY BIKE, I PAY MY FEES " kind of stuffs... but I jst told them "AM NOT INTRESTED IN KNOWING THEIR AUTOBIOGRAPHIES & WHATEVER THEY MAY SAY, AM NT GONNA JOIN THEM...Lollz... They still told my mom to join ebizz as soon as possible, as they left...

Hey I was a diamond associate back in 2005 - 2008. I had a downline of more than 10,000 people and traveled almost to 7 different states to meet people. I was 18 and had never worked before. Honestly i did not make much money, but when my friends were partying, drinking , smoking and chilling , I was wearing a white shirt and a tie giving presentations. I come from a business family, money was never a problem or a want. I traveled in buses, stayed in gurudrawas, met street hawkers sons and daughters, donated blood , gave motivation seminars and all I gave was INR 7296/-. Worth it for me atleast !!! Hope it helps !!

i have some relatives who are engaged in this ebiz thing...out of them...there is a grl...i have her FB profile n her friends....chatting n commenting n posting about ebiz stuff all the time and their heavy sentences and vocab...and those who object and make fun of it are attacked with their really heavy ruthless speeches.,,..such as this "sagar" guy speaks (though its so irritating but thanks sagar...i really laughed my ass off)
god...i was reading all the comments of ebizzers and was feeling like thank god i never joined it...i would have became so lame n totally brainwashed...n their MALHAN guy must be like NIRMAL BABA...lol
what ebizzers say...seems like a "D GRADE" comedy show...but still watch n laugh not because of great comedy but coz of these jokers....

why? because it was registered in the year 2001 on june 8th.you can find this info @ mca.gov.in
For commission I earn in ebizel it is mandatory to pay your tax,it even gives your quarterly tax certificates you get to know a lot of things in it.

First I want to say thanks to Srikaanth for revealing the main intention of these 'ebiz' peoples who exploit the young minds and brainwash them. I never though that there are even some peoples who will go this far to earn money. But sadly one of my friend fall to this scam and now urging from me to do so too. Thanks to the blog post, I am now aware of this scam and I am really glad that I didn't joined them.
I didn't get, what this 'ebiz' peoples get beside money [Well AFAIK ebizers only want money.]. Tell me 'ebizers', you are really satisfied with the money you earned through scamming innocent desperate and poor students?
And please stop saying 'Good Morning'. A good morning relates to a new and fresh day. But when you say good morning it doesn't suits because you 'ebizers' scam others to make their 'good morning' a 'bad morning'.

Srikaanth continue the fight dude. EBIZ is a scam and it should be stopped. Education is a necessity of the world and should be provided for free. An argument could be that schools and colleges charge for it. The answer to that could be that along with education they provide proper infrastructure, in order to nurture the learning. But then too, they should charge minimum for it and if they are making profit from education then they too are not doing good. It is all about giving it back to to the society and not profiting from it, at least not by promising education.

EBIZ is not a Fake company, rather better to be said it is a FRAUD COMPANY.
The concept is that you have to be fooled first and then you have to make others fool.
You have to decide what you want from life:
1) lots of money by Cheating others (convince Others to do). or 2) Using your knowledge in right way you ll learn?
If you choose 1) you ll start convincing others, and your friend ll start being far from you as there ll be no more friendship only business. and if you get a BAKRA and convince and then that person cant earn (I have seen 90% of my friends failed) then he/she ll start saying you have made him/her fool. In any way you are losing relations. Then you ll start putting all your time in attending NAUTANKI meetings with wearing TIE (I work in MNC and never wire TIE :P), your study life ll also ruin.
Now suppose that choosing this 1st step you are one among the 100 who have become successful momentarily, what is your success? You have earned money by fooling others that they can also earn lots of money.
KNOW ONE THING: You have to decide how you want to earn and what you want to be? There is no short cut way to earn. Note: you cant live your whole life on EBIZ as this kind of Punjy skims always collapse after a time and then you head PAWAN or something name ll flee to another 3rd world country with thousands of crore and you ll have nothing to do.

SEE SUBRO SAHA ROY of SAHARA has his own money scheme and earned lots of money, SUDIPTO SEN of SARADA CHIT FUND earned lot, but where are they now?? BEHIND BARS!!

So You have to decide where you want to end up. There is no short cut in life and more over Please don't fool others.
Note: Some ppl tells success story. If you search success story in EBIZ, you ll get one in thousand earning LAKHS. And others nothing. Wealth is definite.. one has earned because others have not.
Why they target College student? Because fresh brain can be Washed. Akal Lagao, Be logical and stop looting others in name of selling virtual products which has no real existence (Which is against MLM Law too).

If anybody have any query may comment. If I am very optimistic from EBIZ, you may earn some money (it's hard to get your 9000 back :P ), but you will loose more in long run.

there is a big discussion on ebiz...! i m new to ebiz i dnt knw wether it is a fraud or true company but i only want to earn money i dont care anything else not education or dat agamya watch ..... i just want to be rich ... it has been 5 days since i hav joined ebiz n i think i m going to withdraw my money .. m i doing right ?

its true dt the ebizers tries to lure studnts in it by showing money money and money... i joind it for educational stuffs... hope the crtificate is of any use..or d man strted dis scheme is fuckin retarded!!
